Helpdesk Support:

Our helpdesk service includes unlimited tickets per user, this encompasses all issues that users may be facing whether it be hardware (Phone, Laptops, Desktops and Tablets, Scanners and Printers etc...) or software.
Jargon free support for your users, fast resolution times and user satisfaction is always key to our service.
This service is available to remote workers and if the case permits an onsite engineer will be deployed to resolve the issue.
We work closely with the users to ensure that they remain productive.
Tickets are submitted to our support e-mail where our system assigns the ticket to an engineer who will follow up with the user either by phone or e-mail (User can specify which they would prefer) to resolve the issue.
Once the engineer is in touch with the user, they will go through and identify the problem to ensure it is resolved appropriately and quickly.  
Subject to the nature and urgency of the support request we will work with your users out of hours to ensure that the continuity of the business is disrupted to a minimum.

Hardware, Endpoint, Asset Management, and device warranties:

Our estate management service setup allows for us to quickly gain access to your company's stock of devices so that they can be setup as quickly as possible.
We will liaise with the business’ human resources team to organise the deployment and delivery of the devices.
Hardware will be purchased and managed in accordance with your overall information technology strategy.
We keep an extensive list of all business hardware along with key information relating to the item such as serial numbers, warranties and which user has ownership of the equipment.
We can work with your mobile carrier to acquire phones for your staff, we configure & keep track of all allocated phones and their numbers within an asset tracker.
If a device is approaching the end of its contract, we can contact the carrier on behalf of the business to get the best possible pricing going forward with the possibility of phone upgrades.
All endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, and phones) are managed by Intune Microsoft Endpoint Manager on your Microsoft tenant by our support team.
This system allows for us to monitor, manage, and update all devices onboarded.

Network and infrastructure management:

In terms of network and infrastructure management we include complete support of server environments (operating system and all associated software relating to it).
We will ensure that the server environment is working correctly and that any arising errors are resolved as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Administration of all additions, deletions, group policy amendments and user access changes relating to the operating systems and core applications will be managed.
This includes server administration tasks such as creating users and domain changes.
This also includes any servicing and maintenance of any networking devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
As part of the service, we will maintain and support all business owned LAN and wireless networks across your sites, this includes cabling faults, router firmware updates and monitor devices to ensure that the networks are performing optimally.  

Data Storage:

The management of data storage within the business can be handled by our engineers, dependent on the nature of the support needed for data devices such as hard disk drives, solid state media storage, storage area networks (SAN) and network attached storage (NAS) devices we would look to remediate the issue either in person or remotely.
Maintenance and restoration of these devices will be performed at hours that are convenient to your business, we will work with any pre-existing third parties to minimise data loss.

Security Management:

Our security service includes the management of systems and application software updates (For example Windows updates are done through Windows 10 Update Rings through the Intune Endpoint Manager).
We maintain the firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spam, malware protection and content filtering systems.
To ensure a safe and secure environment we manage and work within the guidelines provided by Microsoft and in turn aim to improve your businesses Microsoft Secure Score, this service includes setting up features such as Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), device encryption and other security recommendations made by Microsoft.

Onsite engineer

Upon request you can have onsite visits once a quarter to make sure that the users are happy with their current setup and that all tedious and non-business disruptive issues are resolved.
The engineer will be available for that day to speak with the departments to discuss any processes that may benefit from a technological input.
The engineer would be onsite for the full day for all questions at no additional cost.

Application Support

Our application support will include liaison with third party services that you may use.
We will work with their helpdesk and technical support agents to resolve any issues that your business may come across.
