2. What data we collect

We collect and process the following personal data:

Data you provide directly

  • Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message
  • Register interest forms: name, email address, organisation, and role

Data collected automatically

  • Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser, and approximate location (city level). Collected by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Session recordings: anonymised recordings of how you interact with our site (clicks, scrolls, mouse movements). Collected by Microsoft Clarity. All form fields containing personal data are masked.
  • Marketing data: conversion tracking via Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. Only active after you grant marketing consent.

None of this automatic data is collected until you have given explicit consent via our cookie banner, except for strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with the following third-party processors, all of whom process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements:

  • Resend (email delivery) - processes contact form and register interest submissions
  • Google (Analytics 4) - processes anonymised website usage data
  • Microsoft (Clarity) - processes anonymised session recordings and heatmaps
  • Meta (Pixel) - processes conversion tracking data for advertising measurement

Where these providers are based outside the UK, transfers are covered by UK adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. How long we keep your data

  • Contact form submissions: 24 months from the date of your enquiry, or until the enquiry is resolved (whichever is later)
  • Register interest submissions: until the relevant product launches and you have been notified, or 24 months (whichever comes first)
  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months, by Microsoft Clarity for 30 days
  • Marketing cookies: retained for up to 12 months (see our cookie policy for specific durations)

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access - request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure - ask us to delete your data (where there is no compelling reason to continue processing)
  • Restrict processing - ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Data portability - receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
  • Object - object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Withdraw consent - for any processing based on consent, you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

8. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. All forms collecting personal information are masked in session recordings to prevent accidental exposure.

9. Children

Our services are aimed at care-sector professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
